GeoTek
Engineering, Inc. is pleased to announce that the State of Massachusetts
LSP Board has certified Mr. Brian W. Longval, Manager of Environmental
Division, as a Licensed Site Professional.

Mr. Longval has
over 8 years experience in the environmental industry and has strong
expertise in a wide range of environmental issues. His project
experience includes: environmental assessments; research, development
and coordination of surface and subsurface investigation programs for
environmental assessment purposes; Underground Storage Tank closures;
NPDES exclusion permitting and de-watering discharge testing and
treatment; Soil Gas Surveys and Environmental Impact Assessments. One of
Mr. Longval's major areas of expertise is hands-on knowledge of the
Massachusetts Contingency Plan including all required Department of
Environmental Protection submittals. Mr. Longval holds a BS in Geology
from Salem State College, Salem, MA. Other coursework includes work in
Economics and Business Administration at Babson College, Wellesley, MA.
Mr. Longval provides management of all GeoTek's environmental
engineering work, supervises field engineers and technicians, and serves
as a client liaison on environmental issues. Under Mr. Longval's
leadership, GeoTek Engineering successfully works as an environmental
consultant on multiple construction projects for CA/T, MHD, MPA, MBTA,
and other state agencies. GeoTek Engineering is also involved in the
private site assessment work and with Brownfields site assessment and
remediation projects. |
